I believe that women get better as we age.Being a single mom of four i never bought into the myths that circled around me.I stood in my power and embraced my life. I found strengths in myself that i never knew existed.With each new discovery i embraced all that was bringing forth in my life. Knowing my body is changing and giving birth to a new wiser, confident, empowered woman i leaped into this new me. The hot flashes started and i’m embracing them. I named them “hotties” With everyone i take a moment to go inward and breathe and thank my body for the gift of knowing how to balance itself and give birth to a new me.With every change i see the gift. I use to look outside myself for validation and answers now i know it is all within.
