As I enter the rehab I see a face that disappeared months before a girl that left in the night to the streets. She is back pregnant ..I embrace and look deep into her eyes so glad she is safe and ready to try to stay clean ..”HOPE”……As i start class there is a new girl with a 1 week newborn . She goes into asanas with such grace and beauty. I find out she is a former dancer . She shares after class her journey of in and out of jail for the last 3 years. She lights up inside sharing how she feels yoga will help her regain the feeling back in her legs that have nerve damage she feels from her drug use. We both look at her beautiful baby boy ” HOPE” for the future.
